Virus Scanning crashes Domino a lot

I would say about 1/2 the time the nsd comes back with info on the Virus Scanner on the server stuck on some file and causes it to crash. Has anyone else noticed this?

Doesn't seem to be brand specific either. I see different virus scanners on different servers but they do appear to crash the Domino server periodically. Haven't figured out why yet.
