Comcast kicks me on the way out

So when I cancelled Comcast, they told me I had 30 days to return the box. It took me a couple weeks to get around to it but my wife returned it. I made a point to tell her to get a receipt for it which she did.
So today I'm looking at my last bill and expecting to see a credit but instead see a charge for $225 for not returning the box. So I have to go make sure my wife still held on to that receipt.
So listen up boys and girls, make sure you get a receipt for things like this because you can be sure someone is going to claim you never returned something you returned.

JetBlue noncancellation cancellation

I booked a trip on expedia which I subsequently cancelled. They refunded full amount but told me to call JetBlue directly to cancel the flight. When I cancelled, they told me I would have to pay $100. So today I was looking at the expedia credit card account and JetBlue never refunded the cost. I have a confirmation # from the online cancellation: T1L2S0.

So I called in to cancel. Got the robot. Press 1 for this, press 2 for that or say what you want. I say, "Customer Service" and the robot says I will not have to wait longer than 8 minutes. Ugh.

Chuck says that the fare is nonrefundable with a $100 charge for cancellation. So I still got charged full $250 for the fare. I have $150 credit for a year to take on another flight.

What a rip. Fine print gets me again.
